As a church we all work together to grow the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.  First Methodist members and staff take seriously our mission to "Make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world to the glory of God."  If you believe that there is some way we can improve our ministries or campus please share your thoughts with us. 

The Staff Pastor Parish Relations (SPR) Committee is providing this forum on behalf of the entire church.  This is a forum for “Christian Conferencing”, which is listening not only to each other, but also listening intently for the will of God in any given task or conversation.  


Our goal is to focus on working together to fulfill the mission of the church by encouraging each other and thereby promoting unity - strengthening, nurturing, supporting and respecting the pastor(s), staff and congregation.  If you have a concern, suggestion or a compliment which you believe will further these aims, please define them and your recommended solution in the form presented below.
